Okay. Then I'm curious to know what that 5% rule is also. There's a conflict somewhere. Can't be, can it, that the Fairholme Fact Sheet is wrong? (Scroll down see several stocks >5%, including BAC at 5.7%)

Fact Sheet reports % of Total Net Assets. Maybe the percentage he's talking about is 5% of something else? Is there something called Total Gross Assets? Maybe the fund has borrowings, and % of gross assets is the bar he's referring to? Anybody here know?
