Okay, so there is a run on Wells Fargo. <Buffett, who owns a chunk, may come to the rescue, if the government doesn't. But it will fall a lot, if Europe implodes. > Being "rescued" by Berkshire Hathaway is not really a rescue. It's more like being shipwrecked, then having Warren sailing up in MV Berkshire, claiming salvage rights of the stricken vessel. It's better than the alternative, but not totally a rescue.

It is quite obvious that Europe is imploding now, with the collapse having involved Iceland, Ireland, and soon to be Greece then something more substantial. People doing runners, have to escape BEFORE the implosion.
