We're screwed!! Guys let me say that the reverse split will only effect oustanding shares. It will not effect those convertible preferred. I was curious on the means of how TWT executive where going to convert their preferred stocks at a higher price than what it is currently being traded at. Now I know. After the reverse split, TWTI will become marginal inturn will be shortable. Preferred will be converted and more shares will be issued for working capital, the slick thing about it is more dilution without a ratification in their charter. I have to say damn! These guys are slick. I can't see the logic of a celebration on this thread. This is not good news at all! This explains all the huge block being sold at the bottom. Take me off the "IN" column as of monday. Mr. Pink I owe you an apology.
