Pope, I wouldn't read too much in to it. The stock has been drifting lower as of late (along with the market as a whole) and I guess management felt that now is not the time to try to sell any additional shares. Truthfully I feel it's the right move at this time. Dilution would just probadly send the stock even lower. I still like the prospects for LTBG and expect good things in 1998.
