Yes, but it does not have zero relationship with what you wrote. FWIW, the idea of PSR is to use a ratio that does not include earnings,because earnings do not work when there are none. I have seen some articles aout valuing based on economic footprint, which includes, sales, book value, employee #and other metrics. This works probably better than PSR alone, but is harder to calculate.
