randy and Jackson: It is my understanding that insiders can not buy stock if they are talking to anyone about a buyout or have any information about a buyout. I didn't buy the stock because I thought there would be a buyout. The stock buy back means no buyout, bad news, but it is still good news that insiders are buying the stock.

I think IDTI will only go up on news of increased actual sales because there has been too many expectations of products producing increased sales. Their research is great but we need a product with big sales.
Wall street is waiting for the real thing.

p.s. What ever happened to that company that IDT owns most of and has a great new procedure for making something? Was hot news here a while back.
