IOM is now at 32 while this dog is still lingering at around 28. IOM just launches a flurry of commercial on TV. Hopefully, this Sandbag will follow the path of most other secondaries, i.e. go up, not down. Man, the CEO has denied this company of 30 million with his mouth.
