[Street's view]-- With TXN trading up over a point with this
buyout news, the market has deemed that $30 is fair value for
AMATI. TXN has 195 million shares outstanding, hence 1 point
up means amtx is worth another 195 million. If the market thought
txn was paying too much,you would see txn trade down by whatever
the market deemed the overvaluation to be. Comments are welcomed.
