No. Not even AMAT's SunFab factory-in-a-box, with Applied's people holding the customer's hands, could do it anywhere near that quickly. It is possible to achieve incremental improvements in existing production lines, which increases their capacity. But new production lines take a lot longer. Plans for increasing capacity in 2012 (selecting sites, ordering equipment, getting financing) have already been made by now (or they aren't going to happen).
