Paul, Back in Sept. I was picking tops as I have said many times before! Now the trend is down and that is why I'm staying short, even with earnings coming out! I think DELL will continue down after earnings no matter what they report! Sure it may bounce on good earnings, but the trend has always been my friend and I'm not going to bet against it and if DELL bounces I feel it will turn down again after a brief rally! Let me ask you this about FA! If TA can not predict what will happen how can the market in general or individual stocks tend to start up or down 6 to 12 months in advance of good or bad news? The market has always forcasted good and bad times 6 to 12 months in advance! Remember, I do follow FA too, but one better look at trends if he or she are going to be short term traders! And with my short accounts I trade short term! Have also said that right now DELL is still in a long term trend up, but the short term trend is down! I'm not bragging, but I have made a tub full of money using charts after a very good friend showed me how to use 10 and 60 day moving avg. about six years ago, so another saying could be "Don't kill the goose that lay the golden egg"! Would be more than happy to send a few charts to you by Fax and show you what I look for if you would like! Hank
