Interestingly, the SP500 P&F forecasters are in the 3000 - 4000 range right now but the DOW30 forecasters are at the 6,000 level. Nothing but a crap shoot at this point, IMHO! Up/down volume ratios have given both and negative and positive signal as has the A/D. What is till rock solid are some of the secondary indicators like ROC which show market action as in the 2008 - 2009 sell-off.
