Lucky for you it was a small holding, I got very lucky investing in Chinese microcaps I made some nice change, but if I held most of the names I owned in the past I would of lost 80%-100% of my money. I dont even look up the symbols I owned in the past to scary. All these chinese micros names if it is true what they report are the cheapest stocks in the world, I come to the conclusion 99% are frauds. I guess that guy is right luck plays a part in investing. I was lucky again today sold 10% of my portfolio early in the day (selling the 3 day rally) and it paid off because the market tanked. I think I am going to try to keep buying the dips and then selling on the pops I need something to give me a return. Jap stocks held up pretty well again today I am very happy I made them such a big portion in my portfolio they are really in a good position to take advantage of these sell offs because of the cash these companies hold and they all payout nice dividends. like Faber says at least you can invest those sizable dividends as your portfolio keeps sinking. Buffet buyback announcement was a shocker for me never thought he would ever do it, could put a floor under Berkshire share price for a while or at least until the cash runs down to Buffet comfort zone.
