Interesting, thank you. Technical Analysis says everything that the market "knows" is factored into the market. I subscribe to that notion. And I can see that the ROCs for the major indexes are underwater and until the MAs of those ROCs get above 0, we don't really stand a chance of having a sustainable rally, IMHO. Bottom line, until my charts turn positive, I turn a deaf ear to all the calls for a rally. Right now, those ROCs are down and show no sign of turning up. I think we are going to have the mother of all sell-offs around expiration week, October 2011. And I haven't changed that forecast since I started calling for it in the Spring of this year and repeatedly throughout the summer. BWDIK?
