As I understand it...

Cancellation of Offering Plans - the company does not need the working capital in the near term and early investors are not eager to sell out at $14 given potential for upside in Q4 97 and growth in 98. The company actually did not register the offering with the SEC, it simply disclosed the plans to satisfy "full disclosure" requirements in Coral acquistion.

Shareholder rights - simply a good move although I have heard mutterings in the industry regarding some big billing players looking at Lightbridge. Lord knows the stock of LHS is rich enough for a nondilutive acquisition.

Business prospects - I have heard Coral business is better now since Lightbridge provides stability and excellent customer relationships. Xaction business should be strong with seasonal impact and PCS rampups.

At least these guys don't depend on SE Asia.
