To All: I 'was' a strong believer in AMTX future and I have been watching this list for a while. This TI offer is quite disapointing (and frustrating) for me.

1/ I bought 100 Call Apr 20 and the value is now 1/4 ... (meaning I am loosing more than $20,000 !!!). First I though that I would be able to convert it into TI options but a friend told me that I just have to forgot about it since TI is paying in Cash and there are no shares exhanges... Is it true?

2/ If the above is true (which I hope not...) then how do they fix a value of 1/4? It is very theoric because it should have a value of $0 if this option does not exist anymore in April...
Is this value subject to change in the next days ?

Thanks for you answer

Olivier
