Although Baywatchers' comments caught my attention too, don't cha think it's worth the effort to ask for clarification prior to unloading with both barrels? Perhaps he was talking about his position or he had a word typo... Who knows?

I agree with what you said, but not how you said it. In other words, you went way over board dude! Now because I feel stongly about this, is it appropriate for me to describe you and your post with the same verbage? Think about it...
