Mineseeker Provides Update on Corporate Structure and Strategy September 29, 2011 "Mineseeker Operations Overseas Limited (Mineseeker) is making excellent progress in discussions regarding a Share Exchange Agreement with NHS Health Solutions, Inc (NHSH). Mineseeker will become a wholly owned subsidiary of NHSH once the agreement is complete. The first corporate task that management will perform is to effect a name change of NHSH to Seeker Technologies, Inc. A corporate website will be created at www.sekrtechinc.com, and will include an Investor Relations page showing corporate information including annual reports, SEC and regulatory filings and other stakeholder communications.
