U.S. Silver Corp. will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as a mining issuer at the open on Monday, Oct. 3, 2011, according to the TSX. The TSX reports that US Silver, which currently trades on the TSX Venture Exchange, will delist from the TSX-V before listing on the TSX. US Silver will list 350,885,516 shares, of which 308,872,717 are issued and outstanding, and 11,125,527 share purchase warrants, with each warrant exercisable to buy one share for 15.5 cents until 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on July 16, 2014. Its trading symbols will remain USA and USA.WT. The company is principally involved in the exploration and production of silver in Idaho.
