MichaelDp, I owned this stock and have had many conversations with the management regarding several of the issues that are at the heart of what you/we were trying to do. The main number is the restricted shares. I was personally told many different numbers by the management and no longer believe that they told me the truth. I have been apart of this thead for a while now and have come to respect and like many people here and don't what them to be fleeced and It is my opinion that is exactly what is happening. I will continue to try to get through to you only so you can ask yourself and others important questions that I personally believe you are not paying enough attention to.
