Sentencing will be held next month for a Harrow man who has plead guilty to a multi-million dollar fraud. 43-year old Petar Vucicevich appeared in court today. Court was told he munipulated [sic] the stocks of a small lumberyard where he was interim CEO and issued false news releases which attracted investors and profited 11.5 million dollars.
