Well a thaw shed and sluice plant in a "mill" building would work but the grades these days would not justify the expense. You would need very high grade. Much easier to work in the warm weather unless you are underground. Winter underground was successful in the 1980's with sluicing in the summer.

As to the 775,000 T, nothing jumps out at me, I'll keep supposing ...
