Bread is slave food. One of the nice things about making lots of money on the markets is I can afford to eat simply. Fresh, wholesome, varied ingredients including grass fed beef and vegetables in season washed down by my own no-additives wine.

And no bread (though I do love a good really crisp baguette. Fortunately, we can't get them here). Living with our Korean daughter in law is great too. Koreans' diets are so much better than North Americans. Some of it spills over.
