romney has not made a big deal about repealing obamacare. he starts out every comment on it by saying on day one he will do an executive order for all the states to get out of it. his zeal attenuates quickly after that, and no reporter that i have heard has pressed him on the repeal part. why romney has decided for years to be so slippery as a republican candidate is a mystery to me, unless he does not know what he thinks until he does some polling. i don't think that works well with the republican base of voters, and it might not work with rino republicans either.
