As for my wealth, I'm only interested in preserving it in this environment. I'm surprised a little that it has actually grown modestly, considering that I spend pretty freely and would consider myself in extreme preservation mode. I'm under no illusions in regard to Wall Street. I know I cannot beat the machine given the freedom of my lifestyle and the fact that I cannot tie myself down to my laptop during the trading session. I understand my limits and I exist within them. I also know that the government is insolvent, but can get around that since they own the printing presses. Taking some money out of the hands of Wall Street is more productive than a few hundred people demonstrating against the greed of Wall Street. I tutor someone who is involved in the Wall Street demonstrations and the person is a bit naive, to say the least. But Wall Street is not specifically the subject I'm paid to tutor the person in, so I just listen.
