--over-regulated BS coming from CNB-- since regulatory structures have been captured by corporations, in a sense corporations are over-regulated... over-self-regulated, that is. it's a matter of effective regulation. and that includes severe reduction of corporate influence. not sure it's possible without the sandpile avalanche.
