SONY Signatures grants license to Interactive
Processing
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1996--Interactive Processing Inc. (IAPI or the
company), today announced the signing of a License Agreement with Sony Signatures Inc.
Terms of the agreement allow the company to name its sports model remote control the "Bundy
Sports Remote." The product, which looks like a football, comes complete with a "kicking tee"
stand and sound effects. (You can "cheer" your favorite player or "boo" the referee if you don't
like the call.) Other terms give IAPI the right to utilize the approved images and names of the
characters of the popular TV sitcom "Married With Children" in its marketing and promotional
materials. The company's management intends to have the "Bundy Sports Remote" model in full
production shortly and available for the fall 1996 football season.
IAPI has the exclusive worldwide marketing rights to a patented, universal Interactive Remote
Control technology. The unique design and interactive characteristics of the company's initial
model, TV Terminator(TM), have earned the product broad press coverage and significant
commercial recognition; it works with virtually all TV's, VCR's and Cable Boxes currently on the
