Bank of America announced plans last week to drain customers of $5 a month for using debit cards -- while other big banks continue to push “free checking” toward extinction
"

Big deal.

Some deferred annuity has been taken 'fee' every single day for 'idle cash', those are much higher than $5
a month.

Hands are all over your pocket(s), wherever there is money to take.

Effectively with the 'near zero' rate on savers' 'idle cash' are pretty much a FED fee for being a USA
citizen to prod up asset prices ( or prosperity in their term ).

Nobody in the gov. ever able to 'touch' the frauds, fraudulent spending, fraudulent claims of freebies.
They just want to make sure their constituents get their 'fair share'.

Awesome.
