Those mansions in PB are very easily accessible to anyone. You can just walk right up to them, unlike for example NJ or CT countryside where many of those palatial estates are very hard to find, they are not only well hidden from view, but very well protected. If you don't know exactly where to go, you won't find them.

Hell, I was walking all around (and admiring ) Mar-A-Lago long before most people knew what it is and who owns it. :)
In those days it was probably worth 8 million and Trump recently sold it to some Russian for 50 million.

As for Cape Coral, I used to vacation there a few times in a rented estate + motorboat on direct Gulf access canal. Nice Searay Sundancer 32 came with the house!
