Raymond - Your philosophical tips are entertaining to say the least!

If you truly understand the deregulation market, and perhaps you do, there are going to be MANY mom&pop power sales companies who, like the phone solicitors, will try to broker power on a wing and a prayer. It is much different to have an energy service provider come to you and say "We are KESE and Honeywell, and we have an assured power supply base from which we can quote you the following favorable rates and we have the expertise to redesign or plan for your expansion electric requirements. Oh, by the way, we will save you $X-thousand dollars each year compared to your historical power consumption."
KESE was a mom&pop in the eyes of many until the Honeywell announcement on 11/10. It is too damn bad that FSS is dragged into this opportunity because it will drive away potential investors like yourself, and I cannot blame you for that.
Myself, I have not been burned by FSS, only by my own poor decision making recently on gold opportunities (IPMCF). But I recognize that Californians are going to be lining up for cheaper power, and if they see that a Honeywell is attached to the power, then they will feel safe about their choice of provider.
