for you know the very small hk government, all 130k servants for 7 million masters, is quite incompetent as indicated by inability to deliver on a budget deficit even when planned on a budget deficit
so you do see, frankly, that it is irrelevant to speak of the hk government given its incompetence, do you not, frankly?
