Where is everybody? ...here's something interesting about BC:

In todays local paper, an article about mining companies states that Royal Oak is cutting jobs at its hi-cost Giant (near Yellowknife, NWT) and Timmins (Ont.) mines in favour of concentrating on their $425M Kemess project in BC which can produce gold for $207 US/oz. as opposed to $314/oz. at Giant (for example).

According to the map on the AGC website
(at:http://www.agcgold.com/images/061297-2.jpg), it looks to me like Kemess is only about 40-50 km roughly from the AGC/ANZ site, which is very encouraging because this suggests perhaps that our site could prove to be very economic to mine, an extremely important factor in this very ugly market.

The article even goes on to say that the whole future of Royal Oak depends solely on Kemess now!

More info to suggest the ANZ geologist is very excited for good reason.

Has anyone talked to Jo lately? I can't get an e-mail response from her anymore for some reason.

Regards,
Wayne
