Gosh, I'm so disappointed about FarSight. I called them a while ago to place an order. Waited five minutes -- noone picked up, so I hung up the phone and dialed again. This time, the phone was answered almost immediately, which is the norm. I casually mentioned my previous call to the FarSight person, and then proceeded to get quotes on various stocks and finally placed my order. Before hanging up, the guy at FarSight asked me about my earlier call, and told me he'd look into it. That kind of service is so rare these days. Anyway, I know you get what you pay for, but I won't/can't pay according to their new commission schedule. Please add me to the list(s).
