Hearing for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction in the Amphastar case is this Friday at 2:30PM. I'd guess this wouldn't wind up till after market close. Legal folks: the ruling for the TRO could come at the end of the hearing, no? But the PI would await the expedited discovery, right? TIA & Cheers, Tuck
