I am perplexed as well. There are a number of things that continue to make me bullish on this stock. While I agree with you on the 6-9 month target, I am hoping for a higher price in the longer term. Maybe this is just a reflection of how overvalued the stock was previously, but this company has so much more going for it than it did when the stock was in the $4-5 range.

1) New members on the board of directors -- Harbinger got what it wanted, now its time to see if they can do what they said was needed to turn the company around

2) Approaching saturation in the WalMart market. I dont remember the exact numbers but its something like 1300 out of 1600 stores ... and now they're going after the 50 or so Super Stores. BTW -- WalMart released numbers last week that we're above analyst expectations on record revenues. To me that says increased increased traffic through the stores, and with XMAS season almost here, that should bode well for SGT. FRY sales.

3) More sales of CDSI to China, which I didnt expect. I thought with all the turmoil in the asian markets that CDSI sales would slow .. but apparently not.

So what's the problem ? The things that I thought needed to happen for this stock to rise are happening, maybe its just too soon and people are waiting to see tangible results (i.e, positive earnings) -- lets hope next quarter does the trick. Comments ?
