Came across CVIA this morning. Nice jump, good volume. Can someone post some history and why the price decline over the last 6 months? All the press releases looked positive except the one about the re-organization and Jack Arnold taking over. What was the reason for all this? Was is a "friendly" re-org or was the previous management forced out? If this is documented in prior post, just let me know. I got no problem going back and reading, however, I'm sure lots of new lurkers might also appreciate the info. tia...
