I doubt very much that the insiders are flat since that suggests that they knew the well was dry. If you have insider reports please share them. However, since not enough time has yet gone by for the reports to have been filed obviously you have nothing to share.

Your ignorance is showing. You lost money. That's unfortunate. Don't play in the juniour market if you are not willing to suffer losses on speculative stocks.
