Z, too many falsehoods built on top of falsehoods in that post of yours. The cost of health care is going up because demand is skyrocketing. Don't like private insurance death panels? Tough, collectivized health care will have to do likewise. If people choose to leave their retirement in the hands of the markets, they should be allowed to. Even the most conservative investment will give better returns than the SS Ponzi scheme these days. Ryan's proposal will SAVE SS and Medicare. The alternative is to drastically raise taxes on everyone or cut benefits to beneficiaries, neither of which will be very popular. Tenchusatsu
