I just heard some reporter on the BBC wonder if the populism of the Occupy Wall St crowd could meet up with the populism of the Tea Party. He understood it was unlikely, but seemed confused why. There is an opportunity for the Tea Party people to do some economic education and win over some of the anti-Wall St crowd, it seems to me.
