Holding someone against their will is criminal behavior, whether done as a protest or not. Where do you hear me state that we are holding an individual against their will-individuals are free to come or go. Read my lips. I do not advocate violence!!!! The union longshoremen in Washington assaulted and held a security guard captive against his will. The union longshoremen cut brake lines on trains. The union longshormen destroyed private property (cars and grain shipment). I would have thought you would have taken an interest in that story. They are clearly criminals and should spend some time in jail. If they stay on public property then that is their right. The only problem they would have is staying within the ordinances and laws of the City, County, State as interpreted by the courts. If they break into my house, I have the right to defend myself and as suggested by my police friends and legal counsel I have the right to use lethal means. Therefore, they shall be killed!!!!!!!!! Good for you Paul. Earlier this year, a couple of well place shotgun blasts into those union protestors who were on the Banker's private property and intimidating his family would have been just the right remedy for the situation Or, since the tea party is protesting for their cause, does that justify the use of intimidation to reach their ends? Or are the rules different for unions and progressives? No, same rules apply!! Sounds like it is time for the tea party to start showing up out in front of union organizer's homes. Won't you be thrilled when they get your name and address and publish it on the internet? All those gun toting violent tea party members. What's funny about the whole thing is that I know that you don't have any fear of that for the simple reason that you know that tea party members are law abiding citizens who respect individual rights regardless of the cause. You can't say the same about you and your progressive union friends. . I'm not talking about seeing it on TV. We all saw the one black guy lawfully carrying a rifle slung on his shoulder. There were plenty of people around him who were relaxed and there was clearly no threat to anyone. A car handled in a threatening manner is far more dangerous than a firearm. Do you feel threatened whenever you see someone at the wheel of a car? It depends on his/her actions and behavior. EXACTLY! a firearm that his handled in a responsible manner is no more threatening than an automobile handled in a responsible manner.
