[Amati Managment] Is there any way to find out what kind of perks or incentives above and beyond the cash for THEIR shares the managment of Amati got for this deal? I'd be interested to know. I still feel like TI & WSTL got together to divy this company up and leave the shareholders holding the bag. I was mad as hell at the WSTL/AMTX merger at first but got over it when I realized it was for the best LONGTERM but this just stinks PERIOD.
