As always, Bob, a great post. Why do you think that Steve Wilks is so reluctant to put the co. further out into the limelight? I realize that the line between valid pr and statements that could be construed as misrepresentations is sometimes fine, but he does appear to be a little gun-shy. Do you think that the co. would ever invest in a good investor relations person (either internally or externally). I'm of the opinion that good public relations, investor relations, and advertising are of great value when synergies are derived. With this being said, how much of this year's decline in the share price, in your opinion, could have possibly been either avoided or rectified w/ better investor and public relations? To beat the horse to death, isn't this part of enhancing shareholder value, if done w/ honesty and integrity? Even a pr announcing the landing of a larger contract or two w/ the boiler plate profile of TRNT would be of some value. I eagerly await your (along w/ Steve Wilks') further comments, Khris |
