Sorry to take so long to answer your question. World Marketing Alliance is a Registered Broker-Dealer. Mr. Michael Puhr is registered with that company. He is subject to the same rules as all other stock broker's. He told me his compliance department approved of him being President of RMIL. He is in the middle of a monstrous conflict of interest being the President of a public company and a registered broker at the same time. If it turns out that RMIL is a sham and it certainly appears so, then World Marketing Alliance is liable for any law suits that might appear. To further the problem, there is no current 10K. That alone is a violation, particularly for a registered broker who is supposed to know the rules and his compliance department. Also, there is the issue of the "Blue Sky" laws. This stock is not blue skied in any state. They are not allowed to sell this stock in any state, if they are not blue skied in that state. Some states, such as Arizona, it is a FELONY to sell unregistered securities to anyone living in that state. Call the state of Arizona, securities division, if you want verification.
