True story . Brook Trout on every cast twice . In Northern Ontario there is a River that is ranked in the top 3 trout streams in the world from local lore . In any pond you can catch a trout every cast come back tomorrow and repeat .

Spent 1/2 hour there one day with 2 other guys . One dug up the small local worms my job was to pick them out ,the other guy was casting and hauling . The guy digging also was taking them off the hook . Some dropped to the grass and back to the creek . Another few managed to get off the hook on the way to shore . In about 20 - 25 mins we had 13 brookies .

The other time was at a Provincial Park in Ontario , Algonquin . Was back a few lakes looked at a map and saw a small land locked lake in the middle of now where and though ah ha .

Hiked in and missed it going North but found the upper end on back tracking . Caught a fish on every cast . At 8 fear caught up with me . If some one else seen me they would know how good the fishing was and my secrete would be exposed . With 2 keepers headed south along the lake to my canoe .

Next to the lake further south was a cart track and then a sign on a tree " No Fishing Fish Sanctuary " . They were using this lake for stocking other lakes .
