MichaelDP, They are not registered in my state, The investigor I spoke with today told me I no uncertain terms I/we can go back to the Broker who sold me/us this stock a get money back. So it appears that even if you don't sell and this stock and it is halted or anything else negitive happens you have a way to get your money back. I will also retrieve the NASD forms for me/us to file against brokers. PS. I know you don't believe any of this now but I will make numbers available anyway. good luck
