<<Management only has 7% of the shares>> Well Texas Instruments probably owns a new 4 million as of today <G>. The absorption of shares at 19 11/16 just never ends. Of course it will end soon since there are only so many shares. At that point, there's no place but up (no sellers, only buyers). I am waiting to see what happens when the selling dries up. Does anyone have the definitive answer as to whether we will be able to sell out in 1998 under the current offer? Regards, Richard
