<<Management only has 7% of the shares>>

Well Texas Instruments probably owns a new 4 million as of today <G>. The absorption of shares at 19 11/16 just never ends. Of course it will end soon since there are only so many shares. At that point, there's no place but up (no sellers, only buyers). I am waiting to see what happens when the selling dries up.
Does anyone have the definitive answer as to whether we will be able to sell out *in 1998* under the current offer?

Regards,

Richard
