Yes they are.

Remember - - Obama's goal is to have a civilian defense force stronger than the military.
There are four ways to get there.

1. Build the civilian defense force from scratch.

2. Build the civilian defense force using existing civilian organizations as the base.

3. Denigrate and weaken the existing military force.

4. Some combination of the first three.

If # 3 is the game or part of the game, DOTMLPF comes into play. Those are the structures to attack.
In the military there is one more key element to attack. That is troop morale.
Without high morale, unit cohesion fails in battle.

Those who understand these things also know to attack weakness first. Our military has no defense to the morality attacks now underway. No defense equals weakness.
