BTW, tejek, in your ongoing full throated endorsement of Geithner and Bernanke's support for the banks, you should keep in mind who you are siding with. These bankster are criminals. They are continuing to steal from the 99% of Americans. In your support for recapitalizing them, you are directly supporting criminals. How much more evidence of this do you need, before you stop voting for the people who are in bed with the banksters and are supporting their recapitalization? Obama is supporting Geithner and Bernanke. He's culpable, even if not directly responsible. He could fire Geithner tomorrow if he chose and he could get on the bully pulpit to pressure Bernanke to cease and desist, but he doesn't, because Obama is bought and paid for, just like the GOP. I think we all need to wake up and smell the coffee. More evidence of wholesale theft and fraud and criminality from a Federal Reserve Bank:

Your Pensions Were Robbed: Mad Yet?

Oh look what we have here...

In a King World News exclusive interview, the man who brought down Bernie Madoff’s $65 billion Ponzi scheme informed KWN, “Bank of New York is going to go down, Eric. Between Bank of New York Mellon and State Street, these two institutions have stolen between $6 to $10 billion from tens of millions of Americans retirement savings accounts. It’s been a hell of a crime spree for the bank, but now they are being brought to justice.”

What's being talked about here are doing things like giving you the lowest price of the day when you sell, and the highest when you buy. Of course the bank actually transacts at the time you order, and pockets the difference.

If this is true, one has to wonder: How is that legal?

Unless disclosed and agreed to, it probably isn't.

If Markopolis is correct this is just another scam by which you were robbed - again - by the banksters.

When do the people rise and demand this crap stop - all of it - that the perpetrators go to prison where they belong, and the money they stole be clawed back and returned? If the bondholders of the institution lose their investment, that's too damned bad!
