am watching price of strategic platinum falling below cost of production

have lifted 1/2 of my deep out of money puts on gold and silver, and am keeping my close to the money puts on spy

direness may be over in so far as my portfolio is concerned - 300/oz drop on gold can swing my usually positive mood ;0)

we should not get to 2008 q4 situation where it was mere days away from lights-out for the real economy as trade came to a full stop and industry screamed murder
