i do believe law enforcement and the fbi have learned a lot in the past ten years about these guys. it would be my conjecture that this saudi demonstrated by his actions he is not too bright. assuming that is true he would be a good person to have in the wild to monitor and possibly to lead the fbi and others in law enforcement to bigger fish with more brains to carry out bad deeds.
