The local sheriff said he could have arrested Koresh anytime, he went jogging every morning at the same time. ATF wanted to put on a show. Frontline did a documentary and concluded the ATF started the fire, CS canisters were found in the ground where the ATF had tried to bulldoze everything under. Another thing, the number of firearms they had compared with the number of adults in there wasn't too much over what your average Texan has.
